I specialise in maternity photography and I understand how precious this time is. Based in Hanworth and working across West London, I create maternity photoshoots that celebrate the beauty, strength and quiet emotion of pregnancy. My aim is to make you feel relaxed and wonderful so that I can capture timeless portraits you will treasure. My approach is personal and calm. Before the shoot we’ll have a pre-session consultation to discuss timing, wardrobe and the mood you want to create. I recommend booking around 30–36 weeks when your bump is beautifully rounded but you still feel comfortable. Sessions typically last up to two hours, giving us time to try a variety of poses, outfits and natural looks without feeling rushed. Lighting, composition and comfort are at the heart of my work. I favour carefully composed, flattering light and clean, simple styling so the images remain timeless and focused on you. Whether you prefer the intimacy of my home studio near Teddington, or an on-location shoot in a favourite local spot, I’ll help plan every detail so the images reflect your personality and how you feel right now. I provide practical guidance on wardrobe and styling — simple, plain colours and flowing fabrics often work best — and I’m happy to include your partner or children if you’d like family portraits alongside your maternity images. My priority is your comfort and confidence throughout the session; I take the time to put you at ease so your true expressions and connections come through naturally. With many years of experience photographing people and a background in portraiture, I bring a thoughtful, professional eye to each maternity shoot. My work has been featured internationally and I’m a member of the Society for Wedding & Portrait Photographers and the Newborn Art Academy. After the session we’ll arrange a viewing where you can choose from a curated gallery and plan prints, albums or framed art to preserve these memories.
